What is living with Joy?
Spirituality is about living as our authentic self. It is so important to continue to find genuine and natural ways to awaken and nurture the connection with ourselves and others as we evolve through life together. Spiritual experiences are personal practices that create awareness and attends to the heart in all of us, the place where joy resides. Through opportunities in nature, writing, and other spiritual practices, each of us are able to redefine and strengthen a personal relationship with the self, the world around us, and Bigger Love.
Educational Experiences:
I have a liberal arts degree in Interpersonal Communication, English/Creative Writing, Education, as well as a Masters of Science in Art Education. Other experiences have led me to obtain a certification in yoga, mindfulness, and Spirituality, Health, and Healing. I extend my academic knowledge, life experience, and care to others through various traditional spiritual and contemplative yoga practices to live with joy.
Mini Movement & Meditation
Joy is in the Immediate
Practice asana and mediation with me beginning every Wednesday this fall (starting in October). This midweek practice provides an opportunity to check in with the self, offering space to move and breathe with freedom.
Heart Hikes
Nurturing Our Natural Nature
Join me at The Heart Revival as we walk through various places in nature, finding solitude and grace through presence. Dress for the weather. A centering meditation will be offered in the beginning, followed by tea at Heart as we commune together in the beauty of our natural nature. More opportunities coming.
